ServiceTitan's new Field Mobile App improves technician workflows with a faster, more intuitive design built specifically for iOS, iPadOS, and Android phones and tablets. The Field Mobile App syncs automatically with the office, ensuring technicians always have the latest information to complete their jobs efficiently.
Rollout of the Field Mobile App has started for select customers and will continue through early 2026 for the majority of customers. You'll be notified by email before your upgrade date. To make the transition as smooth as possible for your teams, we recommend that you take time now to review the resources below and train your teams accordingly.

What you need to get started
Before you can start using the new Field Mobile App, your office administrator will need to:
Set up managed technician profiles.
If your company previously used the legacy ServiceTitan Mobile app, technicians can use the same credentials to sign in to the Field Mobile App—no new credentials are needed.
If your company is new to ServiceTitan, create new technician profiles with a username and password.
Enable any specific permissions needed for technician profiles.
Select a few technicians to test the Field Mobile App over the next few months. Share these download instructions with your technicians.
System requirement changes: Beginning June 26, 2025, all Apple devices using the Field Mobile App must be on iOS 17.4 or newer. For more on the minimum system requirements for the Field Mobile App, see System requirements and mobile app information.
Note: While the new Field Mobile App is packed with exciting features, it may not yet fully support all your needs, as some functions of the existing ServiceTitan Mobile App are still in development. Sign in and start exploring when you're ready. You'll still have access to the existing app for as long as you need or until your account becomes fully eligible for an upgrade—whichever comes first.
