Reschedule an appointment in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App

Overview

If you haven't dispatched to a job appointment yet, you can reschedule it in the Field Mobile App. This allows you to manage your own schedule if the appointment needs to be moved to a different time or date.

Tip: If the video doesn't play in full screen, tap More then Fit Screen .

  • A job appointment is in Scheduled status and something urgent has come up where the appointment needs to be rescheduled.

Reschedule an appointment in the Field Mobile App

  1. Open the job and tap the Reschedule icon. Scheduled job for Cooling Tune Up on June 29, 2021, at 10:30 AM.

  2. On the Reschedule screen that opens, change the date, time, and arrival window as needed then tap Continue to ReviewReschedule appointment details including date, time, and arrival window for Elinor Collins.

  3. On the confirmation window that opens, review the changes then tap RescheduleConfirmation screen for rescheduling a job from February 13 to February 15, 2025.
