Use Service Agreement jobs to complete tasks related to jobs before the job is complete. This way, you complete all necessary job tasks and enhance service quality.

Account configuration is required to use the Service Agreement feature. Please contact your office for details.
The Allow Adding Additional Services for Equipment Tasking permission is required to add services and materials for Service Agreement tasks. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Things to know
For now, only jobs booked from Service Agreements show this workflow in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App. This happens automatically in the background.
All services and materials not linked to equipment are displayed as a job task.
Upon job closeout, you're prompted with a warning if there are incomplete tasks but are not blocked from closing out the job if there are incomplete tasks.
You can edit service items on the job's invoice after the visit is booked and scheduled. For more, see Create a service agreement step 3: Equipment.
You can also track equipment-related tasks before completing the job. For more, see Track equipment-related tasks for a Service Agreement visit in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App.
Track job tasks and forms
View tasks required on the job you are on and the forms based on the equipment type and service being performed:
Open your job and:
Tap the Tasks
tab.
Or,Tap Tasks Completed.

Tap the form to view the form associated with job tasks.
Complete the form.

Tip: Make sure to complete all required forms.
To service the equipment, tap the checkbox.

When you're finished servicing all your job-related tasks, tap Done.
View service equipment details
Tap a service to view its details.

View or edit the Price, Description, or Quantity.
When finished, tap Update.
Note: If the task is part of servicing equipment, tap +Equipment and follow the prompts to link it properly. This removes it from the Tasks tab and adds it to the appropriate equipment.
Repeat these steps for as many services as needed.
When finished, tap the checkboxes next to the Services and Materials you completed.

Note: You can add additional items by tapping Add Services or Add Materials. This also adds these items to the job's invoice. For more, see Add material or services to job tasks in the Field Mobile App.
Add additional material or services to job tasks
Add additional services or materials to the job tasks you are working on.
Tap Add Services or Add Materials from the job tasks you're working on.

Use the Equipment and Materials tabs and the search box to locate the required item.
When located, tap Add under the item.
If needed, repeat these steps for additional items.
When finished, tap Add to Tasks.

These items are automatically added to the job's invoice and linked to the corresponding piece of equipment. For more, see Present or email an invoice in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App.
Close out the job with incomplete tasks
To close out the job with incomplete tasks:
Open the job you're working on.
Tap Close Out.
Tap Complete Job to mark the job as Done.

In the Complete Job window that opens, tap Complete Job.
In the window that opens, view incomplete tasks and complete them if needed.
