Overview

Use Service Agreement jobs to complete tasks related to jobs before the job is complete. This way, you complete all necessary job tasks and enhance service quality.

Tip: If the video doesn't play in full screen, tap More then Fit Screen .

Feature configuration

  • The Field Mobile App is optimized for iOS, iPadOS, and Android phones and tablets. For more, see System requirements and mobile app information.

  • If you're using the Field Mobile App and need support, please contact (through the office) or reach out directly to support@servicetitan.com.

  • Account configuration is required to use the Service Agreement feature. Please contact your office for details.

  • The Allow Adding Additional Services for Equipment Tasking permission is required to add services and materials for Service Agreement tasks. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

Things to know

Track job tasks and forms

View tasks required on the job you are on and the forms based on the equipment type and service being performed:

  1. Open your job and:

    • Tap the Tasks tab.
      Or,

    • Tap Tasks CompletedJob summary showing tasks completed and equipment serviced for Coca-Cola North America.

  2. Tap the form to view the form associated with job tasks.

  3. Complete the form. Form for adding HVAC equipment details, including age and cooling performance options.

    Tip: Make sure to complete all required forms.

  4. To service the equipment, tap the checkbox. User checks off completed task for UV lights and HEPA air cleaners.

  5. When you're finished servicing all your job-related tasks, tap Done.

View service equipment details

  1. Tap a service to view its details. Job tasks overview showing selected services and quantities for maintenance work.

  2. View or edit the Price, Description, or Quantity.

  3. When finished, tap Update.

    Note: If the task is part of servicing equipment, tap +Equipment and follow the prompts to link it properly. This removes it from the Tasks tab and adds it to the appropriate equipment.

  4. Repeat these steps for as many services as needed.

  5. When finished, tap the checkboxes next to the Services and Materials you completed. Task list showing completed services and required materials for maintenance work.

    Note: You can add additional items by tapping Add Services or Add Materials. This also adds these items to the job's invoice. For more, see Add material or services to job tasks in the Field Mobile App.

  6. Complete the job.

Add additional material or services to job tasks

Add additional services or materials to the job tasks you are working on.

  1. Tap Add Services or Add Materials from the job tasks you're working on. User interface showing services to complete with an option to add services.

  2. Use the Equipment and Materials tabs and the search box to locate the required item.

  3. When located, tap Add under the item.

  4. If needed, repeat these steps for additional items.

  5. When finished, tap Add to TasksList of services with prices and options to add items to tasks.

These items are automatically added to the job's invoice and linked to the corresponding piece of equipment. For more, see Present or email an invoice in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App.

Close out the job with incomplete tasks

To close out the job with incomplete tasks:

  1. Open the job you're working on.

  2. Tap Close Out.

  3. Tap Complete Job to mark the job as DoneOptions for closing out an appointment, including completing the job or rescheduling.

  4. In the Complete Job window that opens, tap Complete Job.

  5. In the window that opens, view incomplete tasks and complete them if needed.

  6. Tap Complete Job
