Overview
Use the Field Mobile App to view and add documents and media related to the service location. This gives you quick access to essential information, ensures transparency, showcases the work done, and provides a visual record for both customers and the office.

The Field Mobile App is optimized for iOS, iPadOS, and Android phones and tablets. For more, see System requirements and mobile app information.
If you're using the Field Mobile App and need support, please contact Technical Support (through the office) or reach out directly to support@servicetitan.com.
The View location record permission is required to see and use all details on the Location Info tab in the Field Mobile App. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Things to know
When uploading files, keep in mind:
Maximum file size: 250 MB per file
Total upload limit: 1 TB per batch
Number of files: Unlimited
You can upload the following file types: .avi, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .webp, .3gp, .rup, .dng, .heic, .heif, .tif, .tiff, .jfif, .pdf, .mov, .mp4, .doc, .xls, .docx, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .mp3, .htm, .html, .vcf, .txt, .xml, .csv, .smil, .msg, .eml, .mhtml, .dwg, .dxf, .ifc, .rvt, .nwd, and .sdr.
View location-related documents and media in the Field Mobile App
Open the job and tap the Location Info tab.
On the Location Info tab that opens, scroll to the Documents section and tap View All.

On the Documents screen that opens, you can see all documents and media related to the location.
Tip: Tap a section to filter documents by that type. For example, tapping Location shows documents associated with the location.

Add or remove location-related documents and media in the Field Mobile App
To add photos, videos, or other files:
Open the job and tap the Location Info tab.
Scroll to the Documents section and tap View All.
On the screen that opens, tap Add Media.

From here, you can:
Take Photo or Video
Upload Photo or Video
Upload File

Note: Media uploaded here is automatically attached to the job and project it's associated with, if applicable.
To remove photos, videos, or other files:
Tap Select on the Documents screen.

With the Select option enabled, select the document or documents you want to remove. A checkmark confirms the document is selected.

With your items selected, tap Delete
.Before the documents are removed, you see a confirmation message. Tap Delete to confirm.
