Overview
If your office has set up PDF forms, you can open, fill, annotate, save, email, print, and manage them with inline PDF editing in the Field Mobile App. This allows you to gather details about customers and jobs for your office and email completed forms to customers.

The Field Mobile App is optimized for iOS, iPadOS, and Android phones and tablets. For more, see System requirements and mobile app information.

Account configuration and office setup is required to use this feature. Please contact your office for details.
Things to know
If a form is required, you must complete it before you can complete the job.
If you need a form from a different business unit (BU), tap the Business Unit dropdown and select the appropriate BU.
You can't upload photos or videos to PDF forms. You can only edit and fill out PDF forms.
Signature fields designed in a PDF editing program, such as Adobe Acrobat, or PDF forms with embedded formulas or calculations aren't supported in the Field Mobile App.
Data from PDF forms can't be exported.
If needed, you can duplicate PDF forms and view previous forms. For more, see Complete and send forms in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App.
If your office has set it up, PDF forms are also available for equipment.
Complete a PDF form in the Field Mobile App
Open your job and tap the Forms tab.
Tap the PDF Form you want to complete.

Tip: To quickly find PDF forms, tap Type > PDF Forms to filter your view. You can also filter by Business Unit.
On the PDF form that opens, tap Edit.

If your office set up Smart Fields, they're pre-populated in the form. Fields highlighted in blue are set up by the office for you to fill out. Tap a field to type in it.
Note: Signature fields in PDF forms must be completed. Be aware that signature fields designed in a PDF editing program, such as Adobe Acrobat, or PDF forms with embedded formulas or calculations aren't supported in the Field Mobile App.
You can also:Tap the number of pages to change the orientation of a page.

Tap Search
to find a specific field on the form. 
Tap More
to change the viewing mode, change the scroll direction, switch to dark mode, manage the page orientation, share the form, or print the form. 
To draw on the form, tap an annotation option, select a color, and then add the annotation anywhere on the PDF.

When finished, tap Save to send the completed PDF form to your office.

Note: After you tap Save, if your office set up Smart Fields and you changed one of them you're prompted to confirm your changes.

Send a completed PDF form to a customer in the Field Mobile App
Open your job and tap the Forms tab.
Tap More
next to the PDF Form you want to send. 
On the PDF form that opens, tap Share.

On the window that opens, tap Email Forms(s).

On the Email Form(s) window that opens, enter the email recipient and then tap Send.
Tip: If needed, you can also Share or Print the form.
