Things to know
Before you can start using required arrival forms, your office must set them up.
After your office sets up a required arrival form, it automatically appears for you to complete in the Field Mobile App after tapping Arrive on a job.
Complete required arrival forms as soon as you arrive at the jobsite. You must complete required arrival forms before you can reschedule or complete a job.
Fill out an arrival form in the Field Mobile App
If your office set up a required arrival form, it automatically appears for you to complete after you tap Arrive on a job:
Open the job and tap Dispatch > Arrive.
Fill out the Required Arrival Form that automatically opens.
When finished, tap Complete Form and Continue.
Note: You can't skip the form until you complete it. Depending on what your office has set up, there may be more than one required arrival form.
