Overview
You can duplicate estimates that were previously created or sold on completed jobs for the same service location. This is helpful if a customer wants to repeat a service they previously received. It also keeps pricing consistent and saves time during visits.
Note: Previous estimates are grouped by opportunity. This is why you see Previous Opportunity instead of Previous Estimate in the Field Mobile App.

The Create Estimate permission is required to duplicate previous estimates and opportunities. The View Total Price and View item prices permissions are required to view total and item prices on previous estimates and opportunities. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Things to know
You can only add a previous estimate to your current job if the job associated with the previous estimate is in Completed status.
When a job is created, an opportunity is also created. Each opportunity is associated with a unique opportunity number. Any estimates created on that job are automatically associated with the job's opportunity number.
If an opportunity is not tied to a job, then the opportunity number is shown instead of the opportunity name. This happens when the office creates an opportunity on a location instead of a job.
Best practices
We recommend turning on notifications for the Field Mobile App in your device settings so you'll be alerted when estimates are successfully added to the current job.
Duplicate an individual estimate from a past job in the Field Mobile App
Open your current job and tap the Estimates tab.
Tap Add
> Previous Opportunity. 
On the Previous Opportunities screen that opens, tap the name or number of the opportunity for which you want to duplicate an estimate.
On the opportunity that opens, tap the estimate you want to duplicate.
Tap Duplicate Estimate.

If there's already at least one estimate on the current job, select one of the following options:
Add to Existing: Add this previous estimate to your current job's existing estimate.
Replace: Replace your current job's existing estimate with this previous estimate.

Duplicate only open or sold estimates within an opportunity from a past job in the Field Mobile App
On the Previous Opportunities screen, use the Status filter to show only Open or Sold opportunities.
After you apply your filter, tap Copy
next to the opportunity for which you want to duplicate estimates. 
Only the estimates that meet your filter selection—Open or Sold status—will be copied to the Estimate section of your current job.
Duplicate all estimates within an opportunity from a past job in the Field Mobile App
On the Previous Opportunities screen, do not use the filters to narrow your view.
Tap the name or number of the opportunity for which you want to duplicate estimates.
On the opportunity that opens, tap Duplicate Opportunity.

If there's already at least one estimate on the current job, select one of the following options:
Add to Existing: Add all the estimates in this previous opportunity to your current job's existing estimates.
Replace: Replace your current job's existing estimates with all the estimates in this previous opportunity.
