Overview
You can use Online Estimates with the Field Mobile App to send estimates to customers for e-signature. This contactless experience allows the customer to review and sign an estimate from their own device, without needing to share yours.
Note: If you want to send a form to a customer for e-signature, you'll need to use Visit Assistant. For how to do this, see Use the contactless experience for forms in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App.

The Field Mobile App is optimized for iOS, iPadOS, and Android phones and tablets. For more, see System requirements and mobile app information.

Things to know
This feature does not work in offline mode. You must be online to send e-sign requests.
You do not need access to the Customer Portal feature for the contactless e-sign experience.
The names of certain screens, tabs, and so on may be different based on your selection in Menu
> Settings. For more, see Show Residential or Commercial terms in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App.
Best practices
Verify customer contact information before sending forms for e-signature to ensure links reach the correct recipient.
Let customers know during job booking that you have a contactless option for signing documents, and ask them to have their devices charged and accessible.
Use cases
Residential Service and Replacement and Commercial Service and Replacement:
A technician presents multiple estimates for a large commercial repair. The technician selects all relevant estimates in Presentation mode and sends them together in a single email so the property manager can review and approve at their convenience.
After an estimate is signed, the technician selects Perform Work Later because the repair is scheduled for the following week. The job remains open, and office staff handle any follow-up scheduling.
Residential Construction:
A technician completing a pre-installation walkthrough needs the homeowner to sign off on a proposal. The technician sends the estimate through email, and the homeowner signs from their own device before the technician leaves the property.
Commercial Construction:
A project manager needs a general contractor to sign off on an estimate for additional scope. The technician sends the estimate remotely through email.
After all estimates are signed, the technician selects Perform Work Now to immediately begin the next phase of work. The job workflow continues without delays from waiting for in-person signatures.
Step 1: Select and send estimates for e-signature in the Field Mobile App
Tap the Share
icon at the top of the presentation screen. 
Tap Email or Text message, depending on how you want to send the estimate.

On the screen that opens, tap Add contacts and select an email address or mobile phone number, or add a new contact if the right one isn't listed.
Select the estimate(s) you want to send.
Note: If you're emailing the customer, you'll also need to select an estimate template.
When finished, tap Send Proposal.

Step 2: Ask your customer to e-sign the estimate from their device
Ask the customer to check their mobile device or email for a link.
Ask the customer to open the email or text message and tap or click the link.

Ask the customer to sign and accept the estimate.

Step 3: Perform the work now or later in the Field Mobile App
After the customer signs and accepts the estimate, go back to the Field Mobile App and tap the Estimates tab or Proposals tab, depending on what your app shows.
Next to the estimate, tap the More
icon.On the window that opens, tap Perform Work Now if you're going to perform the work now, or tap Perform Work Later if the work will be completed at a later time.

Note: The employee who created the estimate receives Sold By credit.
