Permissions are required to use certain features in the Field Mobile App. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Things to know
The names of certain screens, tabs, and so on may be different based on your selection in Menu
> Settings. For more, see Show Residential or Commercial terms in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App.
Prepare for a booked job in the Field Mobile App
Find and open the job you need to prepare for.
On the job that opens, use the job details to learn about it.
Confirm the Date and Time
, Arrival Window
, and Expected Duration
in the top header section. If you see a Membership
icon, that means the customer has an active membership.Tap Contact
and make sure there's contact information listed for the customer.Tap Directions
to get full directions to the job. Make sure the correct address opens in your GPS.
Tap the Job tab to:
Review the Assigned Technicians section, if there is one, to see the other technicians assigned to the job.
Check the Job Summary section and review any details listed in it.
Review the Special Instructions section, if there is one.
Confirm the service location address in the Location section. It should match the address shown in Directions
.Tap See Distance and Drive Time
to check the distance and drive time.Tap Property Data
, if it's listed, to check the property details.Check the Pinned Notes section and review any notes listed in it.
Check the Tags and Job Media section for any important tags or media.
Tap the Location Info / Jobsite Details tab to review all Jobs, Recurring Services, Documents, and Projects for this service location.
Note: The View location record permission is required to see all details on this tab in the Field Mobile App. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Tap the Equipment tab to see what equipment has already been installed. The Last Serviced date is shown below the equipment.
Scroll to the side and tap the Invoice (Residential) or Work Summary (Commercial) to see if there is already predetermined work.
View arrival windows in the Field Mobile App
Use arrival windows to ensure you're on time and are providing the best customer experience possible.

Your main job list also shows the arrival window for each job.
