If a job hasn't been booked yet but you want to learn about the customer ahead of time, you can review their details in the Field Mobile App.

Note: If the Book Job permission is enabled, the Customer & Location Details button in the Field Mobile App changes to Book a job.
Thing to know
A customer and location record must already exist in ServiceTitan before you can view their details.
Prepare for a job before it's been booked in the Field Mobile App
Open the Field Mobile App and tap Menu
at the bottom of the screen.On the Menu screen that opens, tap Customer and Location Details.
Note: If the Book Job permission is enabled, Customer & Location Details changes to Book a job.

On the screen that opens, use the Search box to find the customer or location you want to check details for.
Tap the customer or location record to open it.

On the screen that opens, tap the Customer details tab to review information about the bill-to party.

Tap the Location details tab to review information about the service location.
