Overview

With Field Pro, you can record sales conversations directly in the Field Mobile App. This allows you to use a key Field Pro feature without needing to switch to the Field Pro app.


Who uses this feature

  • Technicians

  • Primarily benefits Residential Service and Replacement business types

  • Primarily benefits Plumbing, HVAC, Garage, Electrical, and Roofing/Exterior trades

Feature configuration

  • The Field Mobile App is optimized for iOS, iPadOS, and Android phones and tablets. For more, see System requirements and mobile app information.

  • If you're using the Field Mobile App and need support, please contact (through the office) or reach out directly to support@servicetitan.com.

  • Account configuration and office setup is required to use this feature. Please contact your office for details.

  • The View Field Pro permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

Things to know

  • Depending on your office's configuration, Cancel, Stop, or Pause actions may be disabled. Confirm with your office as to how they’d like you to use sales recordings on jobs.

Record sales conversations in the Field Mobile App

  1. Open your current job and tap Arrive.

    • If recording consent is required, tap the blue bar to consent. The recording starts after you tap Consent Received.

    • If consent is not required, the recording starts immediately.

    • If your office allows it, you can tap the red bar to Cancel , Pause , or Stop  the recording.

  2. After you end the recording, it’s saved to the job automatically.

    Note: If you’re offline, the recording will sync with the office when you’re back online.
