Generate invoice summaries using TI in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App

Use Titan Intelligence (TI) to generate a clear and detailed invoice summary based on the job summary, completed forms, and invoice items with just one tap. This saves you time from manually entering an invoice summary and improves your customer communication.

Feature configuration

  • The Field Mobile App is optimized for iOS, iPadOS, and Android phones and tablets. For more, see System requirements and mobile app information.

  • If you're using the Field Mobile App and need support, please contact (through the office) or reach out directly to support@servicetitan.com.

  • Account configuration and office setup are required to use this feature. Please contact your office for details.

  • The Edit Invoice Summary permission is required to add or edit the invoice summary. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

Things to know

Generate an invoice summary using TI in the Field Mobile App

  1. Open the job and:

    • If your default terminology is set to Residential, tap the Invoice tab.

    • If your default terminology is set to Commercial, tap the Work Summary tab.

  2. Go to the Invoice Summary section and tap Add or Edit.

  3. Tap Enhance summary with Ti.

  4. Ensure there is a prompt in Prompt Instructions.        

    Note: You can tap on the arrow to open and edit the prompt to create a custom prompt that impacts the generated output.

  5. (Optional) Select additional data as details to the TI invoice summary generation, including:        

    • Job Summary: Includes the job summary to the invoice summary

    • Work Summary: Adds the work summary to the invoice summary

    • Completed Forms: Includes forms to the invoice summary                

      Note: Tap the arrow to select which forms you want to include.

    • Invoice Items & Descriptions: Includes invoice item descriptions                

      Note: Tap the arrow to select which items you want to include.

  6. When finished, tap Generate.

  7. Review the invoice summary:        

    • If you're satisfied with the invoice summary, tap Save Summary.

    • If you need changes, tap Regenerate or tap into the box and manually edit the text. Summary of AC unit installation and service tasks, highlighting key maintenance actions.
