For multi-day jobs, capture the customer's digital signature for each appointment to acknowledge the work performed that day. This ensures a clear record of progress and approval for every visit.

Things to know
The Customer Acknowledgement option is only available for multi-day jobs.
You can capture customer signatures when offline. Your changes will automatically sync when you regain connectivity.
Any technician assigned to the appointment can collect the signature.
Your office may require a customer acknowledgement signature for jobs. If so, the Field Mobile App indicates this, and you'll be prevented from closing out the job until you capture their signature.
Capture appointment signature for work performed in the Field Mobile App
Open the job and tap the Work Summary tab.
Scroll to the Customer Acknowledgement section and tap Sign.

On the screen that opens, tap Sign here to capture the customer's signature.
When finished, tap Save Signature.
