After equipment is marked as serviced in the Field Mobile App, you can view its history. This helps you quickly understand past issues, repairs, and maintenance, so you can diagnose problems faster and make informed decisions on the job.

View equipment history in the Field Mobile App
When you first open the Field Mobile App, tap the Previous tab.
Open the previous job you want to view then tap the Equipment tab.
Select the equipment you want to view.
On the Overview tab, scroll to the History section to see the service history record for the equipment.
