Overview

You can schedule another job appointment yourself or ask the office to schedule another appointment by sending a reason through the Field Mobile App. This ensures the job continues and all its work is properly tracked.

Things to know

  • You need to dispatch and arrive at the job to be able to schedule another appointment.

  • The Schedule Another Appointment option adds another appointment to the job and closes the one you're working on.

Schedule another appointment in the Field Mobile App

  1. Open the job and tap Close Out.

  2. On the Close Out screen that opens, tap Schedule Another AppointmentOptions for closing out an appointment, including pause, reschedule, and complete job.

  3. On the screen that opens, select Schedule Myself.

  4. Select the Date, Time, and Arrival Window for the new appointment.

  5. (Optional) Enter a memo.

  6. When finished, tap Schedule and CloseoutAppointment scheduling interface showing date, time, and memo options for users.

Ask the office to schedule another appointment in the Field Mobile App

  1. Open the job and tap Close Out.

  2. On the Close Out screen that opens, tap Schedule Another Appointment.

  3. On the screen that opens, select Notify Office.

  4. In Why do you need another appointment field, enter the reason why you want to schedule another appointment. User scheduling an appointment due to an emergency with a notification option.

  5. When finished, tap Notify Office and Closeout to let the office know you want to schedule another appointment and wait for them to reschedule the appointment on their end.
