Overview

Mobile Calendar allows you to view your entire schedule—including jobs and non-job events—in Day and Month views, directly in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App. The calendar also lets you identify open time slots, book job appointments, create non-job events, and reschedule items.

This feature reduces the need for you to contact dispatch for scheduling tasks. You can answer customer availability questions on the spot, block off personal time, and adjust your schedule without switching to another app or calling the office.

  • The Field Mobile App is optimized for iOS, iPadOS, and Android phones and tablets. For more, see System requirements and mobile app information.

  • If you're using the Field Mobile App and need support, please contact (through the office) or reach out directly to support@servicetitan.com.

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please ask your administrator to contact (through the office) to have it enabled for your company.

  • The View Calendar permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

What you need to know about calendar and schedule management in the Field Mobile App

Calendar views help you plan at different levels of detail:

  • Day view provides a vertical timeline from midnight to midnight, with color-coded blocks for each scheduled item.

    Schedule for January 16 includes various appointments and tasks for the day.

  • Month view shows a high-level grid with compact indicators on days that have scheduled items.

Tap any day in the Month view to jump to the Day view for that date.

With Mobile Calendar:

  • Free time slots are easily identified: In Day view, gaps between scheduled items appear as blank slots. This makes it easy to find open time when a customer asks about availability or when you need to add a personal event.

  • Job appointment booking happens right where you need it: Tap Add > Book Job to open the booking form. The booking flow includes customer search, job type selection, and time validation. The calendar checks for conflicts before confirming.

  • Non-job event creation keeps your schedule accurate: Tap Add > Create Non-Job event to open the booking form. Non-job events such as training sessions, and personal time can be created directly from the calendar. Non-job events appear on your schedule as dark gray blocks. Dispatch can see these blocks and avoids scheduling jobs over them, which helps keep your day organized.

  • Rescheduling is built into the calendar: In the Day view, you can move items to a new time by tapping More > Reschedule. If the new time overlaps with an existing item, you're alerted before you confirm.

  • Offline support keeps you productive without a connection: The calendar caches your schedule for seven days before and after the current date. If you lose connectivity, you can still view your schedule and take actions. Those actions are queued and sync automatically when you reconnect. Items that have not synced show a visual badge so you know which changes are still pending.
