Overview

Book a new job for an existing service location and customer in the Field Mobile App. This allows for quick upsells and accurate logging to reduce office workload.

Tip: If the video doesn't play in full screen, tap More then Fit Screen .

  • The Field Mobile App is optimized for iOS, iPadOS, and Android phones and tablets. For more, see System requirements and mobile app information.

  • If you're using the Field Mobile App and need support, please contact (through the office) or reach out directly to support@servicetitan.com.

  • The Book job permission is required to book jobs for yourself in the Field Mobile App. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

Things to know

Book a job from an existing service location in the Field Mobile App

  1. Open the Field Mobile App and tap Menu at the bottom of the screen.

  2. On the Account screen that opens, tap Book a Job.

  3. On the Book Job screen that opens, use the Search box to find the service location. You can search by name, location, phone number, or email address.

  4. Tap Add next to the location address. Search results for 'abc child care center' with location details and add button.

  5. On the screen that opens, enter the required job details:

    • Job Type

    • Business Unit

    • Marketing Campaign

    • Priority

    • Start Date & Time

    • Arrival Window

    • Summary (Optional)

    • Send booking confirmation (Optional)

  6. When finished, tap Book JobInterface for booking a job with date, time, and priority selection options.
