Powered by Titan Intelligence (TI), Atlas in mobile is your AI sidekick for quick, on-the-job answers. Have full access to customer information, location information, job history, invoices, estimates, equipment, memberships, and service agreements without calling the office.

    Atlas is powered by Titan Intelligence (TI). It may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated responses. Verify details before acting and don't treat it as professional advice. Your conversations may be stored to improve the service. Avoid sharing sensitive information.

    By using Atlas, you agree to use this feature responsibly, and further acknowledge and agree that any data collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be shared with third-party service providers.

  • Atlas in mobile is enabled for all technician roles by default. If you don't see it available, reach out to your office to have the Enable Atlas in Mobile for Technician permission turned on.

  • You can tap Ask Atlas only in your live ServiceTitan Mobile account. It isn't accessible in the Next environment.

  • The Troubleshooting and Equipment Information modules are only available in Field Pro.

Use Atlas in mobile

You can access Atlas from both the ServiceTitan Mobile and the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App:

  1. Open a job.

  2. Tap Ask Atlas. ServiceTitan and Field Mobile App interfaces showing job details and options to ask Atlas.

  4. Type your question, or select one of the example questions.

    Tip: Tap See more example questions for additional suggestions.

  5. Review the answer or type a follow-up question.

Sample questions to ask Atlas in mobile

Here are some example questions you can ask Atlas in mobile. These show the types of answers it can give you on the job:

  • Who was the last person to work on this unit? When?

  • What are the most common issues at this location?

  • Who called this in? What did they say?

  • Does this customer have any open estimates?

  • What was the maximum spend for this property?

  • How much has this customer put into this unit already?

  • Do we have this item in stock in the warehouse?

  • What jobs have we completed for this location?

Best practices for asking questions

You can ask Atlas in mobile questions in your own words, and it will keep getting smarter over time. For the best answers, follow these simple tips:

  • Specify if the question is about the customer or location: If the customer has more than one location, be clear about which one you mean. Ask How many open estimates does this location have? instead of How many open estimates does this customer have?

  • Use words that match ServiceTitan. Atlas understands you better when you use terms from ServiceTitan. Ask What was the invoice total for the last job? instead of How much did we charge last time?

  • Use Estimate when referring to proposals or quotes. Stick to the word Estimate when asking about quotes, bids, or proposals. This is the term TI is most familiar with. Ask Do we have any open estimates? instead of Do we have any open quotes or proposals?

How can I be sure that the answer is correct?

TI gets it right the vast majority of the time. If something looks off, tap Thumbs Down to help us keep improving.

Why doesn't the Ask Atlas button appear on a job?

The Enable Atlas in Mobile for Technician permission is required to see and use the Ask Atlas button on jobs. If you don't see it and want to have it enabled, contact the account administrator on your team.

Why aren't the Equipment Information and Troubleshooting options available?

The Equipment Information and Troubleshooting modules are only available with Field Pro.

Why do I see an error message when trying to open Atlas in mobile?

This can happen if the device has restrictions that block browser access, often set by security settings or management tools. To resolve this, please contact the account administrator on your team.
