Overview

Use the Content Portal to view office-uploaded videos, documents, and other resources right from the field. This allows you to access content sent by your office on the go, right from the Field Mobile App.

  • The Content Portal is only available online with a stable internet connection.

  • The Content Portal only shows content that's directly assigned to you by the office.

    • Updated instructions for rooftop unit (RTU) repairs.

Use Content Portal in the Field Mobile App

  1. Open the Field Mobile App and tap Menu at the bottom.

  2. On the screen that opens, tap Content PortalMenu options displayed on a mobile app, highlighting the Content Portal feature.Wait for the Content Portal to load. It may take a moment. Loading animation with circular arrows and clouds indicating a process in progress.

    Tip: After the portal loads, you can pull to refresh and see newly posted content, if needed.

  3. In the Content Portal that opens, a list of content shared by the office is shown. Tap an item to view it in more detail. Content portal displaying HVAC training videos and a PDF document for refrigeration.

  4. After you open the content, you can tap to play it if it's a video, or review the text if it's a document.
