Quickly verify if a customer has an active membership directly in the Field Mobile app. This helps you review customer membership and available recurring service events for the customer.

Verify memberships in the Field Mobile App

  1. Open your current job.

  2. If the customer has a membership, the Membership icon is shown under the job number and name. HVAC maintenance job details including project name, date, and working status.

  3. To see more details, scroll to the Location section on the Job tab and tap the customer's nameLocation details for a commercial building with member status and driving directions.

  4. On the screen that opens, scroll to the Membership section to see the customer's memberships, with the dates of each membership. Look at the Status to see if the membership is active or expired. Membership details for Commercial Building, including status, name, and start date.

Check available recurring services in the Field Mobile App

  1. Open your current job and:

    • If your default terminology is set to Residential, tap the Location Info tab.

    • If your default terminology is set to Commercial, tap the Jobsite Details tab.

  2. On the screen that opens, review the recurring service events available to the customer. List of recurring services with completion status and due dates for each service.
