Overview
You can view estimates that were previously created or sold on completed jobs for the same service location. This allows you to review the details of the opportunity before you duplicate a previous estimate for the customer.
Note: Previous estimates are grouped by opportunity. This is why you see Previous Opportunity instead of Previous Estimate in the Field Mobile App.

The View Total Price and View item prices permissions are required to view total and item prices on previous estimates and opportunities. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Things to know
When a job is created, an opportunity is also created. Each opportunity is associated with a unique opportunity number. Any estimates created on that job are automatically associated with the job's opportunity number.
If an opportunity is not tied to a job, then the opportunity number is shown instead of the opportunity name. This happens when the office creates an opportunity on a location instead of a job.
The View Total Price and View item prices permissions are required to view total and item prices on previous estimates and opportunities. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
The View location record permission is required to see and use all details on the Location Info tab in the Field Mobile App. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
View previous estimates from past jobs in the Field Mobile App
Open your current job and tap the Location Info tab.
Scroll to the Previous Opportunities section and tap View all.
Note: You can also view previous estimates by going to the All Jobs section on the Location Info tab and tapping View All > Job > Menu > Estimates.
On the Previous Opportunities screen that opens, opportunities that contain estimates for that service location are shown. You can customize your view with the following options:
Sort: Sort by Last Modified or Oldest.
Status: Filter by All, Open, or Sold.
Recommended: Expand each opportunity to show all recommended options.
Tap the name or number of an opportunity to see its estimates in more detail.
On the opportunity that opens, tap an estimate to view it in more detail.
On the estimate that opens, you can view the status, date created, last modified date, technician, total (if you have permission for it), and summary.
Tap the Items tab to see the items listed within the estimate, or the Job Details tab to see the details of the job it's associated with.
