Feature configuration
The Field Mobile App is optimized for iOS, iPadOS, and Android phones and tablets. For more, see System requirements and mobile app information.

Account configuration and office setup are required to use this feature. Please contact your office for details.
Things to know
If your office has a required format for work orders, the Field Mobile App uses that template and allows you to preview it as a PDF before sending. You can still select from available templates, but the app helps to guide the choices.
Best practices
For commercial businesses, we recommend that you also use the Appointment Summaries feature to help populate a work summary on work orders. For details, see
