What you need to get started

To get started with Enterprise Hub:

  • Read the sections below and watch videos to learn more about Enterprise Hub modules.

  • Make sure you have at least two tenants on your account.

  • Contact your customer success manager (CSM) or Onboarder (OB) to request an Enterprise Hub account. For more, see Contact Technical Support with the Enterprise Hub.

  • After you do, you will receive an email from noreply@servicetitan.com within 2-3 business days inviting you to set up an Enterprise Hub password.

  • Sign in to Enterprise Hub using your username and password.

After signing in for the first time, the system will create an Administrator user with its role permissions and a Network.

Required permissions

In Enterprise Hub, user permissions are role-based, and managed by the Administrator. When managing user permissions to Enterprise Hub:

  1. Create the role, then assign users to a role. For more details, see Manage User Roles in Enterprise Hub.

  2. Select the modules that role will be able to access and the permissions that role will have within those modules. For more, see Set up Enterprise Hub role permissions.

By default, Administrations are granted the Manage Roles permission. They grant the Manage Roles permission to non-admin roles using the User Management > Roles feature.

Anyone with the Manage Roles permission enabled can:

  • See a list of all Enterprise Hub modules on the Select Enterprise Hub permissions screen

  • Access all Enterprise Hub modules

  • Grant other users permissions for specific Enterprise Hub modules
