Why isn’t the ServiceTitan Dashboard loading for multiple tenants?

Problem

Users see a blank screen instead of the Dashboard. This issue affects multiple tenants and Enterprise Hub.

Solution

This process grants the necessary permissions to view the Dashboard in ServiceTitan.

Enable Modular Dashboard

  1. In Enterprise Hub, go to User Management.

  2. In the side menu, click Roles.

  3. Find the corresponding role and click the role.

  4. Select the ServiceTitan permissions tab. For more on permissions, see Set up Enterprise Hub role permissions.

  5. Scroll down to the Dashboards section and enable access to the Modular Dashboard.

  6. Load the ServiceTitan Dashboard again.
