What you need to get started
To get started with Enterprise Hub:
Read the sections below and watch videos to learn more about Enterprise Hub modules.
Make sure you have at least two tenants on your account.
Contact your customer success manager (CSM) or Onboarder (OB) to request an Enterprise Hub account. For more, see Contact Technical Support with the Enterprise Hub.
After you do, you will receive an email from noreply@servicetitan.com within 2-3 business days inviting you to set up an Enterprise Hub password.
Sign in to Enterprise Hub using your username and password.
After signing in for the first time, the system will create an Administrator user with its role permissions and a Network.
Required permissions
In Enterprise Hub, user permissions are role-based, and managed by the Administrator. When managing user permissions to Enterprise Hub:
Create the role, then assign users to a role. For more details, see Manage User Roles in Enterprise Hub.
Select the modules that role will be able to access and the permissions that role will have within those modules. For more, see Set up Enterprise Hub role permissions.
By default, Administrations are granted the Manage Roles permission. They grant the Manage Roles permission to non-admin roles using the User Management > Roles feature.
Anyone with the Manage Roles permission enabled can:

Enterprise Hub users will have new user credentials, which can be used to log in to multiple tenants through the My Tenants module.What can I do if I can’t log in to Enterprise Hub?
