Things to know
Contact your CSM to enable Enterprise Hub in ServiceTitan. After it's enabled, go to Settings > Integrations > Enterprise Hub to generate an invite code and send it to the network admin to add your tenant to the network. For more, see Add ServiceTitan tenants to Enterprise Hub.
Every Enterprise Hub user should have an associated network, as the system doesn't allow users without one. Contact your Customer Success Manager or technical support for details.
Grant access to Settings
To grant access to Settings for a role:
In Enterprise Hub, click User Management.

Select Roles.
Either create a new user role or edit an existing user role.
On the Enterprise Hub permissions tab, enable the View, Invite Tenants, and Remove Tenants permissions for Settings.

Click Save Changes. Users assigned this role can now see the Settings module in Enterprise Hub.
Access Enterprise Hub Settings
Access Enterprise Hub settings by going to enterprise-hub.servicetitan.com and logging in with your credentials.

The Settings screen opens.
Manage tenants
On the Tenants screen or the Invites screen, click +Invite Tenant.

On the Tenants screen that opens, enter the invite code.
Note: This is an auto-generated ID provided by the tenant account. Contact your CSM to enable the Enterprise Hub feature in ServiceTitan. For more, see Manage Enterprise Hub networks.

Click Check Code to verify the code.

After the system verifies the code, click Next to continue. If the code isn’t correct, contact your CSM or support for details.

Select users.

When finished, click Finish.
The system sends an invitation, which tenants can view in their Enterprise Hub Settings module.
Remove tenants
Permanently remove tenants from your Enterprise Hub account by unassigning all associated users.
Note: To remove tenants, you must have the Remove Tenants permission enabled. For more, see Grant access to Settings.
To do that:
On the Tenants screen, you can remove a single tenant or multiple tenants:
To remove a single tenant, click More
and select Remove.
To remove multiple tenants, select the tenants and click Remove from Network.

On the confirmation window that opens, click Remove.
Manage tenant groups
All users in the assigned group automatically gain access to the tenant, which is why some appear in a read-only state. While you can assign individual users to a tenant, adding tenants to groups is faster and more efficient.
Decide if you want to assign the tenant to any of the existing groups.

Tip: We recommend having a group ready before adding new tenants to streamline access.
Manage tenant invites
On the Invites screen, view all tenant invites, including pending ones.

Filter tenant invites
On the Invites screen, click All invites.
Click Invite Status to filter tenants based on their status:
Pending
Accepted
Declined

You can also search tenants by their name.
