What permissions do I need to edit the Main Zone in a technician profile?

Problem

Users can't edit the Main Zone due to a lack of permissions. The error message says, "You do not have permission to edit this field."

Solution

Enable user permission

  1. In Enterprise Hub, go to User Management.

  2. In the side menu, click Roles.

  3. Find and select the corresponding user's role who cannot make the change.

  4. Click the role.

  5. Click the ServiceTitan permissions tab.

  6. Under the Dispatching sub-section of the Job Booking & Dispatching section, enable the Edit zone permission. ServiceTitan Admin permissions interface showing options for editing zones and dispatching.

  7. When finished, click Save Changes.
