What permissions do I need to create reports in Enterprise Hub and ServiceTitan?

Problem

Users can't access Rollup Reporting in Enterprise Hub and generate reports in ServiceTitan due to missing permissions.

Solution

Follow the steps below to access reports in Enterprise Hub and ServiceTitan.

Access Rollup Reporting in Enterprise Hub

Adjust Enterprise Hub permissions for the user's assigned role. For more see, Set up Rollup Reporting.

  1. Go to enterprise-hub.servicetitan.com and log in with your credentials.

  2. Go to User Management.

  3. In the side menu, click Roles.

  4. Select the role for which you want to update permissions.

  5. Click the Enterprise Hub permissions tab.

  6. Scroll to the Rollup Reporting section and assign the appropriate permissions to the user. User management permissions for rollup reporting and scheduled reports in the admin interface.

  7. When finished, click Save Changes.

Access Reporting in ServiceTitan

Adjust ServiceTitan permissions for the tenant's assigned role. For more see, Manage reporting permissions for the tenant in Enterprise Hub.

  1. Go to enterprise-hub.servicetitan.com and log in with your credentials.

  2. Go to User Management.

  3. In the side menu, click Roles.

  4. Select the role for which you want to update permissions.

  5. Click the ServiceTitan permissions tab.

  6. Scroll to the Reporting section and assign the appropriate permissions to the tenant. Admin permissions settings for ServiceTitan, including report template access options.

  7. When finished, click Save Changes.
