How do I fix sign in failed errors?

Problem

The user receives the Sign in Failed error message after entering username and password in Enterprise Hub.

Solution

Activate the user in Enterprise Hub

  1. Contact an administrator user who has access to the User Management permissions.

  2. In Enterprise Hub, the administrator should go to User Management.

  3. Select Users.

  4. Set the Status filter to All.

  5. Search for the user's email address or name.

  6. Click Actions

  7. Select ActivateUser management interface showing options to activate and manage user roles.
