Why can’t I see the revenue or technician scoreboards on my dashboard in ServiceTitan?

Problem

Revenue or technician scoreboards are not visible on the Modular Dashboard.

Solution

Make sure the corresponding role has the correct permissions to view the dashboard.

Fix Modular Dashboard visibility

  1. Go to https://enterprise-hub.servicetitan.com/.

  2. Click User Management in the Enterprise Hub.

  3. In the side menu, click Roles.

  4. Select the role whose permissions you want to change.

  5. Click the ServiceTitan Permissions tab.

  6. Scroll down to the Dashboards section.

  7. Make sure the Can View permission is selected for the modules you need. Modular dashboard displaying permissions for technician scorecards and access levels.
