Problem
When attempting to sign in to Enterprise Hub, you may encounter one or more of the following issues:
The webpage won't load or continuously refreshes.
The URL keeps changing every second when clicking Sign in to ServiceTitan.
An error message appears An unhandled exception occurred while processing the request.
Solution
Follow the steps below to solve the issue.
Use incognito mode
On your computer, open Google Chrome.
At the top right, click More and then Clear browsing data.
Select New Incognito Window.
Log in to Enterprise Hub and check if it's faster.
Clear cache and cookies in Google Chrome
On your computer, open Google Chrome.
Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
Confirm that the following options are selected:
Browsing history
Cookies and other site data
Cached images and files
Set the time range to All time.
Click Clear data.
Sign in with your Enterprise Hub credentials.

When complete:
Close all Chrome windows completely.
Open a new Chrome window.
Update Google Chrome
Click More in the top-right corner of Chrome.
Select Help > About Google Chrome. Chrome will automatically check for updates and install them.
When the update completes, click Relaunch to restart Chrome.
Open a new window and try signing in again.
Go to Enterprise Hub and attempt to sign in again.
