How do I enable permissions in Enterprise Hub to deactivate technician profiles in ServiceTitan?

Problem

Users cannot deactivate technician profiles because they lack access to the User Management module in Enterprise Hub and do not have the necessary permissions enabled for their role.

Solution

Follow the steps below to solve the issue.

Enable the User Management module in Enterprise Hub

  1. As an Administrator user, log into Enterprise Hub.

  2. Click User Management.

  3. In the side panel, click Roles.

  4. Select the role that needs permission updates.

  5. In the EnterpriseHub permissions tab, enable User Management related permissions. User management permissions including view, edit, create, manage roles, and MFA options.

  6. Go to the ServiceTitan permissions tab.

  7. Enable Activate/deactivate employees.ServiceTitan permissions interface showing employee activation and dashboard editing options.

  8. Save changes.
