Problem
Users cannot deactivate technician profiles because they lack access to the User Management module in Enterprise Hub and do not have the necessary permissions enabled for their role.
Solution
Follow the steps below to solve the issue.
Enable the User Management module in Enterprise Hub
As an Administrator user, log into Enterprise Hub.
Click User Management.
In the side panel, click Roles.
Select the role that needs permission updates.
In the EnterpriseHub permissions tab, enable User Management related permissions.

Go to the ServiceTitan permissions tab.
Enable Activate/deactivate employees.

Save changes.
