Overview
Enterprise Hub (EH) lets you manage multiple ServiceTitan accounts (tenants) in one place. This guide walks you through setting up access, assigning roles, and managing users for the first time.

Benefits
Centralized user management: Enterprise Hub allows you to manage users and their permissions from a single, central location — covering both Enterprise Hub and tenant accounts in ServiceTitan.
Use cases
Recommended Setup:
Create such users directly in Enterprise Hub, not within individual tenants.
Assign permissions for both Enterprise Hub and tenant from Enterprise Hub itself.
Roles and Permissions:
A Role defines a set of permissions for different types of users.
When created, a Role can be assigned to multiple users to standardize access control.
Existing Tenant Users:
If a user or email already exists in a tenant, creating that same user or email in Enterprise Hub will cause Enterprise Hub to take over administration and management of that user.
Step 1: Get started with Enterprise Hub
Make sure you already have an active ServiceTitan account. For more information, see Get Started with ServiceTitan, Onboarding Guide-FAQ, or contact your Onboarder (OB) for assistance.
Ask your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Onboarder (OB) to create your Enterprise Hub account.
Within 2–3 business days, you’ll receive an email from noreply@servicetitan.com to set up your password.
If you don’t choose a username, your email address will be used by default.
Sign in to Enterprise Hub using the username and password provided in your Enterprise Hub invitation email.
Note: Don’t use your ServiceTitan credentials.
After signing in for the first time, the system creates an Administrator user with its role permissions and a Network.
Note: The Administrator is responsible for configuring additional users, tenants, and modules in Enterprise Hub.
After logging in, you'll see different modules of Enterprise Hub, such as User Management, TitanExchange, and more. These modules are accessible based on the user roles assigned to you.

Step 2: Add tenants to your Network
Make sure your role has Roles > Settings > Invite Tenant enabled in Enterprise Hub.

In the ServiceTitan tenant, the tenant Admin clicks Generate Code, then Copy Code and sends it to the Enterprise Hub administrator. For more, see Manage networks.
In Enterprise Hub, the Enterprise Hub administrator or a user with the Invite Tenants permission, pastes the code into the Invite Code field, verifies it, and assigns the tenant to themselves and other users For more, see Manage tenants.
In the ServiceTitan tenant, the tenant Admin clicks Review Details to accept the invite. For more, see Manage network invites.
Step 3: Set up a TitanExchange Template Tenant
Now that you have added tenants to your network, set one of them as TitanExchange Template Tenant.

Set up or change template tenant:
Access Enterprise Hub by going to enterprise-hub.servicetitan.com and logging in with your Enterprise Hub credentials.
Click the TitanExchange module.
Select Template Tenants.
Click +Add Template Tenants or Change Template Tenants.

Step 4: Manage Enterprise Hub roles and permissions
Roles control user permissions for actions and workflows in Enterprise Hub and ServiceTitan tenants.
In Enterprise Hub, go to User Management > Roles.
Select an existing role or click +Create New Role.
There are two main permission groups for roles: Enterprise Hub and ServiceTitanTenant. Roles control user actions in Enterprise Hub and ServiceTitan, so it's essential to include permissions from both when defining a role.
As ServiceTitan introduces new features and permissions with each release, remember to keep role permissions up to date. We recommend that users with the Manage roles permission review the Permissions section in the release notes for updates.
Tip: Administrators have the Manage Roles permission by default and can grant it to others.
If you are a new Enterprise Hub administrator, we recommend creating the necessary user roles and permissions required for your administrative responsibilities.
We recommend mapping roles and permissions in an Excel sheet before setting them up in Enterprise Hub. Review and copy the example to guide your setup.
Note: The data is for illustration only and does not reflect actual permission distributions.
Step 5: Manage users
Now that you’ve created your first user role, add new users to Enterprise Hub and assign them one of the roles you created.
Overview: User Management provides a set of features for controlling user access to Enterprise Hub and ServiceTitan tenants. It centrally manages access to different tenants and user roles and permissions. Enterprise Hub is divided into three main sections: Users, Roles, and Security.

Main concept: In Enterprise Hub, the User concept is made up of three key components:
Personal Information: Email, name, and phone number.
Roles: Determine a user’s permissions in Enterprise Hub and across different tenants.
A user can have multiple roles, with permissions from all roles applied. You can enable or disable roles for specific tenants.
Assigned Tenants: Define the tenants a user can access. This includes running reports, managing the pricebook, and handling calls. It's critical to assign the correct tenants to each user.
When you create a user in Enterprise Hub, the system checks if the linked user exists in the assigned tenants.
If you create User A in Enterprise Hub with access to Tenant 1 and Tenant 2, the system will check if a user with the same email already exists in those tenants.
If the user exists in Tenant 1, the existing account will be linked to the Enterprise Hub user. The role will be updated according to the settings in Enterprise Hub, and all user management will be handled in Enterprise Hub.
If a user with the same email doesn't exist in Tenant 2, the system will create a new user in Tenant 2 with the details from Enterprise Hub and apply the roles as configured in Enterprise Hub
Permissions: The User Management module has the following permissions:
View: This permission allows the user to view the list of users but can’t perform any specific actions.
Edit User: This permission provides access to edit existing users and activate or deactivate them.
Create new user: This permission allows the user to create users and assign roles and tenants.
Manage Roles: This permission grants access to the Roles section in User Management, where users can create new roles or edit existing ones.
Manage MFA: This permission gives access to security methods that require you to verify your identity using two or more authentication factors, for example, password or code.
Important: This is a sensitive permission, and we recommend restricting access to a limited number of users.

Add a user: User creation in Enterprise Hub involves three steps:
Fill out personal information
Assign roles
Assign tenants
Security: Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in Enterprise Hub to enhance security and reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
You can also:
Resend invites if they expire.
Edit existing users to update roles or tenant access.
Bulk manage users to deactivate or resend invites in bulk.
The system saves your changes, but it may take a few minutes for the changes to take effect. If another edit is attempted during this time, the system notifies you that the previous edit is still processing and asks you to wait.
Important: Accounts created and linked to Enterprise Hub are locked for modification at the Tenant level. Any changes to these accounts must be made directly in Enterprise Hub.

Enterprise Hub modules: overview
Here are Enterprise Hub main modules. To enable these modules, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
User Management: Manage users, roles, Enterprise Hub and ServiceTitan permissions and secure your user accounts.
Rollup Reporting: Use rollup reports to track key business indicators in real-time.
Centralized Contact Center: Manage your web, text, and call requests to save time.
Note: This module requires additional integration with your phone provider. Please contact your CSM for details.
My Tenants: Manage your tenants to centrally search and access customer records across all business locations. It also allows users to sign in to multiple authorized tenants from a single location.
TitanExchange: Access best-practice templates created by your tenants, share them across tenants, and manage multiple accounts and template content from one place.
API & Webhook Integrations: Enable API credentials to control your API credentials or keys centrally. It is useful for employees who use ServiceTitan APIs.
Centralized Contact Center Settings: Manage contact center settings.
Note: This module requires additional setup, please contact your CSM.
Centralized Pricebook: Manage your pricebook across all tenant accounts from a single location.
Rollup Dashboards: Use rollup dashboards to get insightful analytics.
Marketing Pro: Build and manage email marketing campaigns in a central location.
Contact Center Pro: Transform your call booking experience by streamlining customer interactions across multiple ServiceTitan accounts.
Note: This module requires additional setup. Please contact your CSM or Pro Products team.
Audit Trail: Track your records to monitor and review all record changes with a detailed log that enables auditing of activities within your account.
Centralized Feature Configurations: Manage feature gates across multiple tenants.
Note: Feature Gates control which ServiceTitan features are enabled or disabled in your account, allowing you to manage access without contacting support.
Settings: Instantly add new tenants to your network and add tenant groups.
