Problem

The Centralized Pricebook GL Account Management feature is greyed out due to insufficient permissions.

Solution

Follow the steps below to solve the issue.

Enable Enable Advanced Settings permission

  1. In Enterprise Hub, go to User Management.

  2. In the side panel, click Roles.

  3. Find the Administrator role.

  4. Scroll to the Centralized Pricebook.

  5. Select Edit Advanced SettingsPermissions settings for centralized pricebook with options for editing various pricebook items.

  6. Click Save Changes.
