Problem
Enterprise Hub does not appear under Integrations in ServiceTitan settings due to missing user permissions.
Solution
Follow the steps below to solve the issue.
Grant the Enterprise Hub Settings permission
Go to the User Management module in Enterprise Hub.
Select Roles.
Select the role that needs Enterprise Hub access.
Go to ServiceTitan Permissions.
Find the Manage Enterprise Hub Settings permission.
Check the box next to the permission.

Save changes.
Uncheck the permission
If Enterprise Hub still does not appear, uncheck the permission.
Save the changes again.
Check the permission box again.
Save the changes.
Press Ctrl + R to refresh the page.
Go to the Integrations section in ServiceTitan to verify Enterprise Hub now appears. For more, see Manage Enterprise Hub networks in ServiceTitan.
