Setup
Field Pro is available in Standard and Advanced, built to support both technicians in the field and employees in the office. Standard gives technicians Atlas-powered diagnostics and equipment lookups; Advanced adds call recording, scorecards, insights, and Re-Engage.
Setup checklist
Enable required permissions
Contact your account administrator to enable Field Pro Standard and Advanced permissions for technicians and employees. See the Quick Start Guide below for the full permission list.
Enable Atlas in Field Pro for technicians
Go to Settings → People → Technicians and turn on the Enable Field Pro – Standard toggle for each technician.
Manage Field Pro settings for technicians
Review technician details, manage Field Pro access, and configure recording permissions from Field Pro settings.
Required access
Field Pro Standard or Advanced subscription. Contact your CSM or PAM to confirm which tier is active on your account.
Once setup is complete
Technicians can access Atlas diagnostics, equipment docs, and pre-job briefs in mobile. Managers gain dashboards, scorecards, and weekly insights to coach and drive revenue.

Required permissions
Field Pro Standard — technicians:

Enable Atlas in Field Pro (Standard)
Step 1: Go to the top toolbar and click Settings.
Step 2: In the side panel, go to People > Technicians.
Step 3: Click Edit next to the technician you want to enable Atlas in Field Pro for.
Step 4: In the Pro Products section, turn on the Enable Field Pro – Standard toggle.
Step 5: Click Save Changes.
