Overview
Record in-person customer conversations directly from your desktop using Field Pro desktop recording in legacy Sales Pro. After the conversation, save the recording with a clear title and deal status so you can easily revisit key details for follow-up and coaching.

Use cases
A sales representative records an in-person replacement options conversation with a homeowner at the desk using Field Pro Desktop Recording.
A sales manager reviews the desktop recording to analyze how the sales representative handled pricing pushback and objections and uses the recording for coaching.
Record on desktop with Field Pro
Go to fieldpro.servicetitan.com (legacy Sales Pro) and log in with your credentials.
Note: Use the credentials provided during Field Pro onboarding. If you can't log in or don't have your credentials, contact Technical Support or your Pro Product Specialist. Don't use your ServiceTitan credentials.
In Field Pro, go to the navigation bar and click Film Room.

On the Film Room screen that opens, click New Recording.
From the dropdown, select Record Now.

When prompted, click Allow while visiting the site to give the site access to your microphone and camera. This is required to record.

Click Start Recording.

In the Recording Title pop-up, enter a title and click Start Recording.
Tip: Use the on-screen controls to mute or unmute your microphone or turn your camera on or off as needed.
When finished, click End.
In the Save Recording pop-up, confirm or edit the title.
Select a Deal Status:
Won: Customer agrees to proceed, and you close the deal.
In progress: Opportunity remains open; follow-up required.
Lost: Customer declines to proceed, and you do not close the deal.

Click Save recording.
The recording is saved to the Film Room and can be reviewed later.
Note: This saved recording will not be associated with a job in ServiceTitan.
