Overview
Equipment hub in Field Pro lets you access equipment specifications, manuals, wiring diagrams, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts in Field Pro. Look up models and find compatible replacement parts to work faster and build estimates more accurately.

Use cases
A sales manager is building an equipment replacement estimate and wants compatible part options.
A dispatcher needs wiring diagrams for a rooftop unit before sending a technician.
A CSR wants to confirm a heat pump's tonnage while assisting a customer.
Access equipment hub in Field Pro
Go to the navigation bar and click Field Pro > Equipment Hub.

On the Equipment Hub screen that opens, click the Search model # field and begin typing the model.
Tip: Type at least 4 characters, suggestions will appear automatically, so there's no need to enter the full model number.
Click the equipment model from the suggested results to open its details.
View equipment details in equipment hub
On the equipment details screen, you can view all key details for the selected equipment, such as manuals, specs, and compatible parts. You can see the following details for the selected equipment:
Equipment details: The side panel shows the equipment image and model specifications, such as system type, unit type, refrigerant, capacities, compressor info.
Tip: Click View for the image to open a larger image of the unit.
Manuals: Lists all available manuals and documents for the selected model.
Click any document to open the PDF in a new tab.
Tip: Click Show more to expand the list and view additional documents.
Parts List: The Parts List table shows compatible parts for the selected model. For each part you'll see:
Image: An image of the part.
Name: Name of the part. Click the part name to open detailed part information.
Part #: The manufacturer part number.
Additional Notes: Any included notes or component details.
Replacements: The number of compatible replacement options available.

View part details in equipment hub
Click a part name in the Parts List table to open the Part Details screen. There, you can view images, specs, and compatible replacements to confirm a fit or choose the best substitute.

You can see the following details for the selected part:
Part details: The side panel shows the part image and available specs.
Tip: Click View under the image to open a larger preview.
Known Replacements: A list of compatible replacement parts. For each replacement part, you can view:
Image: Preview of the replacement part.
Brand: Manufacturer of the replacement.
Part #: The replacement part number.
Replacement Score: Compatibility rating, such as direct match, spec-based match, or requires modifications.
Replacement Notes: Click View Notes to see included notes or component details.
Matched Pricebook Material: Shows the matching Pricebook entry, if one exists. Click the name to open and edit that material's record directly in your Pricebook.

Matched Vendor Part: Displays the matching part from your Vendor catalog, if one exists.
Copy
: Copy the manufacturer and part number.
Tip: Use the search bar to filter results, sort by replacement score, or narrow by brand.

Click Copy Part Info to copy the part's manufacturer and part number.
