Atlas is available across multiple ServiceTitan products and requires no centralized setup — each integration has its own enablement path. Atlas is powered by Titan Intelligence (TI) and designed for technicians, CSR managers, accountants, owners, and operators. Atlas is a Core product available to all ServiceTitan customers. Some features — such as Atlas in Field Pro — require a Field Pro subscription.

Titan Intelligence (TI) is AI for the trades and is only available in ServiceTitan. It powers insights, predictions, and specialized agents that can understand your business and take action.

Atlas is part of TI and is the interface — the conversational sidekick you use to talk to ServiceTitan in plain language. Think of TI as the engine and Atlas as the interface you interact with.

Where can I use Atlas today?

Atlas is available in multiple parts of ServiceTitan today:

Mobile: Technicians can ask questions about jobs and customers in natural language.

Field Pro: Atlas provides equipment documents, troubleshooting guidance, calculators, and replacement parts lookup.

Help Center: Atlas powers the support chatbot to answer questions and guide you through ServiceTitan features.

Adaptive Capacity Strategic Rules: Create and update capacity planning rules using plain language.

Is Atlas available on both mobile apps?

Yes. Atlas in mobile and Atlas in Field Pro are both available in the ServiceTitan Mobile (Legacy) app and the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App.
