Overview

The automated Field Pro Daily Email Digest sends a daily summary of your team's activity and performance to your inbox. It highlights key metrics, prioritized follow-ups, coaching flags, and technician-usage insights, with links to review customers and calls. This helps you act on important items without signing in.

Daily performance metrics including total recordings, win rate, and follow-up opportunities.


Who uses this feature

  • Administrators, business owners, and sales managers

  • Primarily for Residential Service and Replacement business types

Feature configuration

  • To get started with Field Pro, request a demo on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager (PAM).

  • If you're an existing Sales Pro customer and want to migrate to Field Pro, please fill out this form.

Things to know

  • Each morning, office employees with Field Pro enabled receive the Field Pro daily email digest.

  • Each email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom if you no longer want to receive them.

  • If you want to stop getting the email, click Unsubscribe. If you don't see that option, contact Technical Support to remove you from the recipient list. 

  • You also receive the Field Pro daily insights email.

Daily Pulse

The Daily Pulse section summarizes key performance indicators from the previous day's call recordings so you can immediately understand your team's overall activity and outcomes. These metrics include:

  • Total recordings: Shows how many calls were captured the previous day.

  • % Win rate: Shows the percentage of the previous day's recorded calls that ended with a successful outcome.

  • % of reps recording: Shows you how many team members recorded at least one call.

  • % of reps listening: Shows how many team members reviewed at least one recording, helping gauge coaching engagement.

What to Focus on Today

The What to focus on today section highlights the highest-value actions you can take right now.

  • Review new comments: A link takes you directly to new discussions in Field Pro so you can stay aligned with your team.

  • Follow up with customers likely to buy: Displays opportunities that scored highly and are most likely to convert.        

    • Click Seal the deal to go to Rehash in Field Pro.

    • Click View all follow ups to see every recommended opportunity in Rehash in Field Pro. Dashboard showing new comments and follow-up actions for customer deals.

Inspire Your Team

Recognize standout performance quickly. Each card highlights a technician who excelled in a key skill, such as rapport-building or identifying needs.

  • Click Share with team to celebrate wins and reinforce great behavior. Two team members recognized for their achievements with a prominent share button.

Inspect Potential Concerns

Identify where coaching is needed. Each card highlights a technician who struggled with a specific skill during a call.

  • Click Review to open the relevant call segment and assess what went wrong. Two reviews highlight challenges faced by Eric L. and Henry W. in their tasks.

Insights

See how your team used Field Pro overall in the previous day.

  • Most recordings: Lists technicians who captured the most calls.

  • Most listening minutes: Lists those who spent the most time listening to recordings.        

    • Click View rep usage dashboard for detailed analytics. Insights on rep usage, highlighting top recorders and a dashboard link.

The Did not record section shows technicians who recorded zero calls in the previous day.
