Day in review with Field Pro sends you a daily recap of your performance metrics after your workday ends, celebrating wins and highlighting opportunities for growth.


Who uses this feature

  • Technicians

  • Primarily for Residential Service business types

  • Applies to all trades

Feature configuration

  • Account configuration and office setup is required to use this feature. Please contact your office for details.

  • The View Field Pro permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

Things to know

  • You can tap X at any time to exit day in review.

Use cases

  • You want a quick summary of how many jobs you completed and your total sales for your last completed workday.

  • You want to see whether your sales are above or below your trailing 30-day average.

  • You want to watch a recommended training video tailored to a specific improvement opportunity identified from your calls.

View day in review in the legacy ServiceTitan Mobile app

  1. Open the legacy ServiceTitan Mobile app and tap Your Day in ReviewDashboard overview showing job details for Jack Turner and a view all option.         Your Day in Review screen opens.    

  2. Review the slides:        

    Note: Day in review advances automatically through slides. You can use the navigation controls to move forward , go back , or pause on any slide.

    1. Completed Jobs: Shows the total number of jobs you completed and your total sales for the day. Summary of daily performance showing completed appointments and total revenue earned.

    2. Job Summary: Compare today's sales to your average sales over the last 30 days.

    3. Average Ticket: Compare today's average ticket to your average ticket over the last 7 days.

    4. Celebrate Your Wins: Highlights 3 wins from your calls with brief descriptions. Summary of achievements, highlighting objection handling skills.

    5. Suggested Training: Highlights one key area to focus on and includes a link to a recommended training video.

    6. Learn from your team: Shows an example from a peer technician who performed especially well in the focus area.

    7. Team Leaderboard: Shows your ranking compared to team peers, including average ticket and close rate over your last 30 completed jobs.

    8. When finished, tap Done or X to close Day in Review.

View previous day recaps and suggested training in the legacy ServiceTitan Mobile app

  1. Open the legacy ServiceTitan Mobile app, and tap View All next to Your Day in ReviewDashboard overview showing job details for Jack Turner and a 'View All' option.

  2. On the Reviews screen that opens, tap any day to open and review the recap. List of dates with a highlighted selection for September 29th, 2025.

  3. To view recommended training, tap Suggested TrainingOverview of suggested training sessions for overcoming price objections in October 2025.

  4. Tap a training to open it.
