Key workflows

Live Map

The Live Map enables real-time vehicle and asset tracking, giving you the ability to monitor the precise location of your fleet's vehicles/assets and access a historical log of their activities.

Fleet Data

Fleet Data refers to the information from your installed devices that are collected and integrated into ServiceTitan. Use the various data subsections to review and edit your fleet's information.

Reports

Reports allow you to review driving infractions and vehicle diagnostics for your fleet.

Maintenance

Maintenance Reminders and Service Entries help you proactively manage the lifecycle of your fleet. Reminders can be viewed in ServiceTitan directly and be configured to be sent as email notifications. Service entries allow you to log, update, and categorize service records, improving your vehicle and asset maintenance tracking in Fleet Pro.

Alerts

Alerts enable you to establish rules for how you wish someone to operate your vehicles and then receive notifications when those rules are not followed.

Groups

Groups are a collection of vehicles/assets that help you organize your fleet. Save time by creating vehicle/asset groups and configure in bulk instead of configuring one vehicle/asset at a time.

Fleet Pro Groups

Geofences

Geofences allow you to create unique and custom geographic boundaries within North America. Use geofences to create alerts to get notifications for whatever vehicle/asset activity happens in that area.

Manage Fleet Pro users

Fleet Pro utilizes both the employee and technician profiles in ServiceTitan to help you create and manage Fleet Pro users.
