Manage Fleet Pro hardware from the Devices screen

Overview

The Devices section in Fleet Pro allows you to view your fleet’s GPS devices, AI SafetyCams, and Asset Trackers. Devices also allows you to check device health, reboot and calibrate cameras, and format SD cards without having to contact ServiceTitan support.

Feature configuration

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.

  • To get started with Fleet Pro, request a demo by clicking Get Started on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager.

Things to know

  • GPS Devices refers to trackers that are installed in vehicles. Asset Trackers refers to GPS trackers that are installed in Assets.

Review your GPS trackers

To see a high-level view of the GPS trackers active in your fleet:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Fleet Pro .

  2. In the side panel, click Devices

  3. Under the GPS Devices tab, review the following columns: 
     Overview of GPS devices with vehicle details and activation dates displayed in a table.

    • Device Serial #: The serial number assigned to the GPS tracker. 

    • Vehicle: The vehicle the GPS tracker is assigned to.

    • Product Code: The GPS tracker’s model number. 

    • SIM Number: The GPS tracker’s unique Subscriber Identity Module number.   

    • Activation Date: The date and time when the GPS tracker went live in your fleet.

  4. (Optional) Use the search box or Vehicle filter to find specific GPS trackers.  

  5. (Optional) Click Download and select Excel or CSV to export the GPS Devices table.  

Review your AI SafetyCams

Note: This tab is only available for AI cameras and not basic cameras.

To see a high-level view of the AI SafetyCams active in your fleet:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Fleet Pro .

  2. In the side panel, click Devices

  3. Click the AI SafetyCams tab.

  4. Review the following columns: 
     Overview of vehicle devices with calibration status and activation dates listed.

    • Device Serial #: The serial number assigned to the AI SafetyCam. 

    • Vehicle: The vehicle the AI SafetyCam is assigned to.

    • Recording: Indicates if the AI SafetyCam’s recording is Available, Not Tested, or Not Available
      Note: If the status is listed as Not Available, that means the AI SafetyCam is not recording video

    • Calibration: Indicates if the AI SafetyCam’s calibration status is Calibrated or Not Calibrated

    • Activation Date:  The date and time when the AI SafetyCam went live in your fleet.

    • Last Connected: The date and time when the AI SafetyCam last was connected and turned on.  

    • Product Code: The model number of the AI SafetyCam.  

  5. (Optional) Use the search box or Vehicle, Recording, or Calibration filters to find specific AI SafetyCams.

  6. (Optional) Click Download and select Excel or CSV to export the AI SafetyCams table.  

Take actions for your AI SafetyCams

To manage your AI SafetyCams:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Fleet Pro .

  2. In the side panel, click Devices

  3. Click the AI SafetyCams tab.

  4. Find the SafetyCam you want to take actions with and click More .

  5. Select one of the following actions:

    • Reboot Camera: Restarts the cd starting with this step if the AI SafetyCam isn’t working as expected. 

    • Format SD Card: Deletes any and all recording data from the AI SafetyCam’s SD card. 
      Note: During the formatting process, all the existing data will be erased, and the camera will not be available for recording.

    • Calibrate or Re-Calibrate Camera: Ensures the AI SafetyCam is focusing on the areas of the vehicle that you want it to. We recommend doing this any time the AI SafetyCam is moved between vehicles.  

Review your Asset trackers

To see a high-level view of the Asset trackers active in your fleet:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Fleet Pro .

  2. In the side panel, click Devices

  3. Click the Asset Trackers tab.

  4. Review the following columns:

    • Serial #: The serial number assigned to the Asset tracker. 

    • Asset: The Asset the tracker is assigned to.

    • Product Code: The Asset tracker’s model number. 

    • SIM Number: The Asset tracker’s unique Subscriber Identity Module number.   

    • Activation Date: The date and time when the GPS tracker went live in your fleet.

  5. (Optional) Use the search box or Asset filter to find specific trackers.  

  6. (Optional) Click Download and select Excel or CSV to export the Asset Trackers table.
