Where can I find forms filled out in the My Forms tab without a job?

Problem

Forms filled out in the My Forms tab on the app are not easily visible on the office side when no job is linked to them.

Solution

Search for filled out forms in ServiceTitan

1. Go to the top toolbar and click Search.

2. Click the dropdown menu next to the search bar.

3. Select Forms from the dropdown options.

4. Enter the name of the form in the search bar.

5. Filter the form by the Form Name and Assigned To fields. For example, select Job under the Assigned to field to determine where the form was assigned.         

   Tip: Forms completed in the My Forms tab in the ServiceTitan Mobile app correspond to a technician assignment in ServiceTitan.

6. Press Enter or click Search.

7. Review the search results to find the filled out forms.
