Overview

Geofences allow you to create unique and custom geographic boundaries within North America. Use geofences to create alerts to get notifications for whatever vehicle activity happens in that area.

Customize the Geofences table

In the Geofences tab, you can view the geofences in the table view, you can also add and remove columns in the table to customize the information you want to view.

To add additional columns:

  1. In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Fleet Pro > Settings > Geofences.

  2. On the Geofences page, click Edit Columns. The Edit Columns page opens.

  3. Select the columns you want to view in the table. The Geofence Name is selected by default and you can’t remove it.

    Note: You can also organize the columns' order in the table by using the drag-and-drop tool.

    The Geofence table columns consist of the following:

    • Geofence Name: Name of the geofence

    • Created Date: Date when the geofence is created

    • Created Time: Time when the geofence is created

    • Category: Category name of the geofence

    • Type: Type of the geofence

    • Radius: The radius of the geofence if the circle geographic area is selected

    • Address: Address of the geofence

    • Track When: When the geofence notifications are triggered

    • Vehicle Name: Name of the Vehicle

    • Group: Group names the geofence is activated on

    • Tracking Schedule: Time range within which the vehicle is tracked

    • Notification: Geofence notifications

    • Notification Method: Geofence notification sending method, such as by email.

  4. Click Save. The newly added columns appear on the Geofences table.
