Overview
The All Reports screen contains various Fleet Pro reports that provide insights into your fleet’s performance and operations.

To get started with Fleet Pro, request a demo by clicking Get Started on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager.
Things to know
The Event Report is a separate report with its own screen. See Event Report in Fleet Pro for more.
When generating a report, you are required to choose the date range and other filters beforehand. Once the report is open, you can make further edits to the filters and generate the report again.
Date filters for All Reports can not go back further than 93 days.
The time zone for Date filters for All Reports is denoted by GMT. For example, during daylight saving, GMT-7 is equivalent to PST and GMT-4 is equivalent to EST. Make sure your device and ServiceTitan account are configured to the correct time zone.
Generate Fleet Pro reports
To generate and view a Fleet Pro report:
Go to the navigation bar and click Fleet Pro.
In the side panel, click All Reports.
Click Run Report for the report you want to generate.

Select a date range from the Start & End Date dropdown.
Select the driver, vehicle, or asset from the appropriate dropdown.
Note: The available filter changes depending on the report.
If you want the report in a .CSV format, click Download. The .CSV automatically downloads to your computer.
When finished, click Generate.

The report opens.
Driver Score report
The Driver Score report is an overview of driver scores based on their driving behavior and how they compare to other drivers. For a full breakdown of how driver scores are calculated, see Understand Driver Scores.
The report includes the following columns:
Driver: The technician driving the vehicle.
Safety Score: The driver’s calculated safety rating. 75 and above is Safe, 65-74 is Watchlist, and 65 and below is Risky.
Vehicle: The vehicle or vehicles assigned to the driver.
Group: The group assigned to the vehicle.
Distance Traveled: The amount of miles the vehicle has traveled in the current date range.
Braking Score: The calculated braking score for the current date range.
Hard Braking Events: The amount of hard braking events in the current date range.
Hard Core Braking Events: The amount of hard core braking events in the current date range.
Speeding Score: The calculated speeding score for the current date range.
Speeding Events: The amount of speeding events in the current date range.
Acceleration Score: The calculated acceleration score for the current date range.
Acceleration Events: The amount of acceleration events in the current date range.
Idling Score: The calculated idling score for the current date range.
Idling Events: The amount of idling events in the current date range.
Distracted Driver Score: The calculated distracted driving score for the current date range.
Distracted Driving Events: The amount of distracted driving events in the current date range.
Cornering Score: The calculated cornering score for the current date range.
Corning Events: The amount of cornering events in the current date range.
Seatbelt Score: The calculated seatbelt score for the current date range.
Seatbelt Usage: The percentage of time that the driver is using their seatbelt in the current date range.

Tip: Click Edit Columns to add or remove columns.
Trips report
The Trips report allows you to view detailed trip information such as ignition on or off times, locations, job stops, miles driven, fuel usage, speeding, braking, and more.
The report includes the following columns:
Vehicle/Asset: The name of the vehicle or asset.
Date: The date when the trip was taken.
Ignition On / Trip Start: The time and date when the trip started.
Group: The group assigned to the vehicle.
VIN: The vehicle identification number assigned to the vehicle or asset.
Depart: The address of the starting location of the trip.
Ignition Off / Trip End: The time and date when the trip ended.
Arrive: The address of the ending location of the trip.
Trip Time: The total duration of a trip, including the time spent idling.
Distance Traveled: The amount of miles traveled during the trip.
Stop Time: The total duration that the vehicle or asset was not moving.
VOC: Vehicle Operating Cost is the Distance * Cost Per Mile (CPM). The default CPM is $0.71, but you can change it by editing the vehicle data.
Idling Time: The total duration that the vehicle or asset was idling.
Idling Percentage: The percentage of time the vehicle was idling.
Max Speed: The highest speed of the vehicle or asset reached during the trip.
Avg Speed: The average speed of the vehicle or asset during the trip.
Speeding Events: The amount of speeding events that occurred during the trip.
Speeding Duration: The total duration that the vehicle or asset was speeding.
Posted Speed Events: The amount of posted speed events that occurred during the trip.
PSL Duration: The total duration that the vehicle was experiencing a posted speed event.
Hard Braking Events: The amount of hard braking events that occurred during the trip.
Hard Core Braking Events: The amount of hard core braking events that occurred during the trip.
Sudden Acceleration Events: The amount of sudden acceleration events that occurred during the trip.
Seatbelt Usage: The percentage of time that the driver is using their seatbelt during the trip.
Cornering Events: The amount of cornering events that occurred during the trip.

Diagnostics report
The Diagnostics report is a summary of Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) triggered across your fleet. Explore detailed data on specific vehicles, including individual codes and their descriptions for a comprehensive understanding.
The report includes the following columns:
Vehicle/Asset: The name of the vehicle or asset.
Date: The date when the DTC triggered.
OBD-II Code: The DTC provided by the OBD-II GPS tracker. Click the code to open a summary of the DTC, which includes a Description, Repair Importance, Possible Cause list, Symptoms, Detailed Descriptions, and Repair Difficulty.

Address: The street address of where the vehicle or asset was when the DTC triggered.
Group: The group assigned to the vehicle or asset.
JBUS SPN: Unique diagnostic trouble codes that provide vital information about specific faults detected by a vehicle's ECU.
SPN Description: Description of the SPN code.
JBUS FMI: This number, which follows the SPN, explains what kind of problem the SPN is experiencing.
FMI Description: Description of the FMI in more detail.

State Mileage report
The State Mileage report tracks mileage by state for each vehicle over a selected date range.
The report includes the following columns:
Vehicle/Asset: The name of the vehicle or asset.
State: The state the miles were logged for.
Country: The country the miles were logged for.
Total Distance Travelled: The distance in miles that were logged for the selected date range.
Duration: The total time spent within the state, calculated from the State Entry Time to the State Exit Time.
Group: The group assigned to the vehicle or asset.
Tip: Click State View to group the table by state.
