Overview
In the Configuration tab, you can view the basic information about the alerts including the alert’s name, event type, alert, and other information.
You can view alert information in table view or card view. To switch to the card view click Card View
. Alternatively, you can switch to table view by clicking Table View
.

Customize the Alerts table
When in table view, you can add and remove columns in the table to customize the information you want to view.
To add additional columns:
Sign in to ServiceTitan.
Go to Fleet Pro > Alerts.
On the Configuration page, click Edit Columns. The Edit Columns page opens.
Select the columns you want to view in the table. The Alert Name is selected by default and you can’t remove it.
Note: You can also organize the columns' order in the table by using the drag-and-drop tool.

The Alert List table columns consist of the following:Alert Name: Name of the alert
Event Type: Type of the event that triggered the alert
Alert Type: Type of the alert
Vehicle Name: Name of the vehicle
Group: Group name the alert is activated on
Settings: Alert settings
Notifications: Alert notifications
Tracking Schedule: Time range within which the vehicle is tracked
Notification Method: Alert notification sending method, such as by email
Status: The status of the alert can be Active or needs Attention
Click Save. The newly added columns appear on the Alerts List table.
