Overview
The vehicle history section in Fleet Pro’s Live Map lets you view a comprehensive record of important events, activities, and data related to a vehicle in your fleet. This serves as a breadcrumb trail that captures key information on your vehicle and lets you track and analyze the performance, maintenance, and operational history of your vehicles.

View a vehicle's history on Live Map
The vehicle history appears on a side panel and shows the vehicle’s status, activities, and locations for that vehicle in a specific time period. The map also updates and shows you markers labeled with a number that represents the sequence of activities for that vehicle in that location.
The markers are color-coded. Green indicates the vehicle’s location when the GPS sends a signal. Yellow indicates vehicle activities or alerts.
Note: In Fleet Pro, GPS ping occurs every two minutes.
To view a vehicle’s history:
Go to the navigation bar and click Fleet Pro.
In the side panel, click Live Map.
In the vehicle list, locate the vehicle you want and click the vehicle name.
The vehicle’s history displays.Click on a card from the vehicle history list to see the vehicle’s location for that particular status, alert, or GPS ping.
Select a date range for a vehicle’s history
By default, the vehicle’s history appears for that current day. You can set a date range for which you want to retrieve and show the vehicle’s historical data. This helps you expand or narrow down the information so you can focus on a particular time frame.
To select a date range, click the date on top of the vehicle history panel and use the calendar that appears.
Note: You can only specify a time period of up to the past 90 days.
View vehicle history route
You can also view the vehicle’s historical route on the map to help you visualize the actual path taken by the vehicle over time.
To display the vehicle’s historical route, go to the vehicle’s history on Live Map, click the Signals tab, and switch the Display routes toggle on top of the map to on.
