If your business uses many forms, add business units to the form so that technicians can easily find the correct forms when they are out in the field.
Use a form as a checklist for your technicians. For example, include a point-by-point home inspection form as a mandatory checklist to complete a job.
In ServiceTitan, use the / symbol on your keyboard to search for Forms pages and quickly access them.

Can I merge forms in ServiceTitan?
No, ServiceTitan does not offer a feature to merge forms directly. You can duplicate one of the forms and manually copy the content from the other form you want to merge. Select the appropriate form and send it to the customer.
