How to use it for your business

  • If your business uses many forms, add business units to the form so that technicians can easily find the correct forms when they are out in the field.

  • Use a form as a checklist for your technicians. For example, include a point-by-point home inspection form as a mandatory checklist to complete a job.

  • In ServiceTitan, use the / symbol on your keyboard to search for Forms pages and quickly access them.

  • Add triggers to a form to alert technicians to complete a form in certain situations, such as a change in job status.

  • View your attached photos or videos which are automatically added to the job in the Audit trail and Files tab.

  • Can I merge forms in ServiceTitan?
    No, ServiceTitan does not offer a feature to merge forms directly. You can duplicate one of the forms and manually copy the content from the other form you want to merge. For more, see Copy or export a form.

  • Can you send an authorization form to customers in a home warranty program before the work starts?
    You can manually send it from the office side.

    • Make sure to book the job.

    • Find the job.

    • Go to the Forms section within the job record.

    • Select the appropriate form and send it to the customer.

    • The Customer Success Manager (CSR) or Dispatcher can send the form. For more, see Use form triggers.
