Why did the employee receive form email without alerts setup?

Problem

You received an automated email with a completed form attachment but have no alerts set up for form completion emails.

Solution

Check if the form was sent manually

  1. Go to the specific job number in ServiceTitan.

  2. Scroll down to the History section.

  3. Review the audit trail entries. History section showing audit trail and appointment updates for David.

  4. Look for manual form sending activity by the technician.

  5. Confirm the technician sent the form manually rather than through automated alerts.        

    Note: There is no way to prevent technicians from emailing forms as long as they have access to the forms feature. Consider communicating directly with technicians about your preferred form submission process.
